Membership of the Association is open to any hotel, inns, motels and
lodges in the parks registered and carrying out the business of hotel
keeping.
Approved membership runs for a year. Members are bound by the rules and
regulations incorporated in the Association's Articles of Association.
Membership is conditional upon payment of annual subscription fee that is
laid down and reviewed by the Executive Committee as is appropriate.
A fully paid up member has rights and obligations expressly provided in the
articles and memorandum of association enabling members to participate
in the affairs and decision making of the association.
